oh, the places we go

I have been absent from blogland this past week, because Sky and I were on a trip and I didn't have access to a computer.

Can you guess from these photos where we went? -OC Mom can't play, because she already knows...

This was our first trip to this region, and we really, really liked it. We were gone 6 days, and even though we had a great time and made some great friends, and of course ate some great food...it is so nice to be home!

So, come on- guess! Where were we?

One day we were cutting through Harvard yard on our way to our room and Kevin remarked we would just pretend we were students, I said- "more like parents of students!!"

LisaWa and Joyful days- you are right, we went to Boston! And Lisa, right on-that is the "make way for ducklings" statue. No, we didn't make it to a baseball game, but we did watch Boston against New York one evening in an Irish pub..good fun.

Susanne- faked you out with the Starbuck's!! they are everywhere..I'm collecting pictures of us/me in front of different ones in varied places.

At Home

Who we are: Jenny & Sky, Meg 14, Josie 12, Demi-Sky 9, Amie 7,Bonus Student Teddy 9. Who is with us; 4 hens, a cat named Oliver and Emma the Labradoodle. Why "home is where you start from"? -because as a homeschool family our adventures and dreams all begin and end at home. This year we are schooling 2nd grade, 4th grade, 7th grade and 9th grade. Who we will become: changed from something normal into something beautiful.
